1.1 The Seoul site operates as an online store selling Korean, PDRN-based skincare products.

1.2 Using the site, browsing it, and purchasing products through it constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.3 All content on the site — design, trademarks, text and images — is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

1.4 Seoul reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at its sole discretion.

2.1 Use of the site is permitted for individuals aged 18 and over with legal capacity.

2.2 You must provide accurate and correct details when making a purchase. Providing false details constitutes an offence.

2.3 We do not store credit card details. Payment details are transmitted securely in line with PCI standards.

2.4 Seoul is not responsible for technical faults, hacking attempts or security breaches caused by external parties.

3.1 Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms of purchase and the price confirmed at checkout.

3.2 Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.3 An order confirmation will be sent by email within 48 hours. If a product is out of stock, an alternative product or a full refund will be offered.

3.4 Seoul reserves the right to cancel any transaction at its discretion, with a full refund to the customer.

4.1 We offer delivery across Europe.

4.2 Standard delivery times: 5–10 business days from order confirmation.

4.3 During periods of exceptional circumstances, strikes or port delays, delivery times may be extended. Seoul is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

4.4 Customs delays or checks by government authorities are not Seoul's responsibility and do not entitle customers to a refund.

4.5 Responsibility for providing a correct and complete address lies solely with the customer. Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection will incur an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

4.6 Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

5.1 Information on the site does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or recommendation.

5.2 Results from using our products may vary between individuals and depend on various personal factors. Seoul does not guarantee specific results beyond the guarantee set out in our returns policy.

5.3 Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those with particularly sensitive skin, a chronic skin condition or a known sensitivity to any ingredient, must consult a dermatologist before use.

5.4 Seoul is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use that does not follow instructions, use on broken skin, or use contrary to stated warnings.

5.5 There may be slight differences between product images on the site and the actual product.

These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection law. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
