We stand behind the quality and innovation of our PDRN products. If, after the full course of use, you haven't seen a visible improvement in your skin, you can request a full refund — subject to the following conditions.

Conditions for a refund:

• Before starting to use the product, please message us for detailed guidance and read the instructions included in the kit.
• Take a clear "before" photo of your face (natural lighting, no make-up) and send it to us before you start using the product. Refund requests without a "before" photo will not be approved.
• Use the product exactly as instructed in the kit — daily, consistently, for at least 90 days.
• Take a weekly photo of your face throughout the entire period of use (same lighting, no make-up) and keep them all.
• At the end of the 90 days, send us the full set of photos (before + weekly) for verification by our team.
• Once the photos have been verified and the request approved, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs. In line with EU consumer protection rules, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or €25 (whichever is lower) will apply.

Important: a slight improvement in skin texture, hydration or glow counts as a result and will not qualify for a refund. The guarantee applies to a first purchase only, for one kit.

The guarantee does not apply in cases of: inconsistent use, failure to follow instructions, a known personal sensitivity to any ingredient, or use of the product on broken/irritated skin.

You can cancel an order within 45 minutes of placing it, at no extra charge. Cancellation after this period will be treated as a standard return and handled under the terms of this policy. If a parcel reaches a collection point and is not collected in time, resulting in its return to sender, redelivery will incur an additional charge.

You may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it has not been used and remains sealed in its original packaging (right of withdrawal under EU consumer law). Cancellation fee: 5% of the order value or €25 (whichever is lower). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a proven defect.

Received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with a clear photo of the issue. In such cases, we will send a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund, at your choice.
